Warranty Information

We will warrant all MuckTape® and Zactus® models for one year from date of purchase for original owner. Not from misuse, alteration, abuse, normal wear and tear as determined by us. Submit picture and proof of purchase using online form below. We will issue a replacement free of charge if product has been found defective.

Conditions not covered include:

• Tape measure blade that is kinked, torn, worn showing bare metal or rusty. Tape measures that show excessive wear or damage from accident, misuse or abuse alteration, modification, tampering, negligence, or lack of reasonable care of any product.

Covered conditions include:

• Zactus® models with broken elastic bands, blade cleaning wiper worn out more than the thickness of a penny gap between blade contact point.
• MuckTape® tape measure models with broken spring, will not retract, blade cleaning wiper worn out more than the thickness of a penny gap between blade contact point.
